Judicial Watch must wait for new FBI documents in Clinton probe

“Judicial Watch went to the U.S. district court for the District of Columbia today hoping a judge would order a quick timeline for the FBI to hand over documents related to the Hillary Clinton emails investigation. Instead, the conservative watchdog group will more likely wait 17 months before taking possession of the records they requested under the Freedom of Information Act.

At issue are documents related to the FBI’s investigation into backup data from a company called “Datto” that cooperated with the FBI and turned over devices and data related to the private email server Clinton was using during her tenure as secretary of state and after.” . . . (more)
