IRS’ free pass for CF challenged in court

New Docs: IRS Cornered by Judge to Reveal If It Criminally Investigated the Clinton Foundation

” . . . While testifying before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee in December 2018, Doyle and Moynihan alleged that the Clinton Foundation owes between $400 million and $2.5 billion in taxes. The two Jesuit College alumni told US lawmakers that they had collected approximately 100 exhibits in excess of 6,000 pages, and came to the conclusion that the foundation:

·         did not operate as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organisation;

·         made material misrepresentations to the IRS about its operations and entities;

·         acted as a nothing short of a foreign agent thus making its charitable tax-exempt protection void.”

(6-25)  Flynn Dismissal Order ‘Thoroughly Demolishes’ Dissenting Judge’s Opinion
“Missouri appellate attorney John Reeves has weighed in on today’s decision by the US Court of Appeals for DC ordering Judge Emmett Sullivan to grant a DOJ request to drop the case against Michael Flynn.

The opinion, authored by one of the three judges on the panel, Neomi J. Rao, “thoroughly demolishes” a dissenting opinion by Judge Robert Wilkins – who Reeves thinks was so off-base that he “shot himself in the foot” when it comes to any chance of an ‘en-banc review’ in which the Flynn decision would be kicked back for a full review by the DC appellate court.”

Lisa Page, Peter Strzok conspired in Michael Flynn case

NY Post
FBI lovebirds Lisa Page, Peter Strzok conspired in Michael Flynn case: docs

” . . . . Two weeks before Trump’s inauguration, Strzok — one of the lead agents on the FBI investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election — sent senior FBI lawyer Page a definition of the Logan Act, saying any existing rules on the act “does not involve incoming administrations.”

Page replied: “You are awesome. Thank you.”

The Logan Act makes it a crime for unauthorized Americans to negotiate with a foreign government in a dispute with the United States, but has never resulted in a prosecution.”
